Refund policy

Returns
Since these are baked goods, we unfortunately do not accept returns on any products. Please be sure to look through your order before purchasing to ensure all items are proper!

Damages and issues
During packing and shipping, we do our best to ensure that baked goods remain damage-free during transportation; however, please be aware that baked goods do run the risk of sustaining some damage.

Though we are not responsible for most damages caused due to delivery mishaps, if the damage is extensive (i.e. cookies are completely dusted), please contact us at peachspatisserie@gmail.com with the subject line as "DAMAGE ON [order number]" with a description and image of the damage sustained. From there, we will determine the best path forward, either a reshipment of your order (no charge) or a refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
At Peach's Patisserie, we are committed to having top customer satisfaction. Though all sales are final, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at peachspatisserie@gmail.com with the subject line as "REFUND ON [order number]" with a description of what went wrong with your order. From there, we will inspect the problem and send an update ASAP.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at peachspatisserie@gmail.com.
